What are the online dating statistics? With the influence of computer technology in our lives, online dating becoming the norm. It is estimated that one third of all relationships where the couples are under 35 years old met online. And this is understandable given this generation grew up with personal computers.

So what type of person gets online? We had a look at our female members for some online dating statistics -

Her Age -

18 to 23 years old - 32%

24 to 29 years old - 25%

30 to 35 years old - 15%

36 to 41 years old - 12%

42 years and older - 16%

50% of our Russian female members are under the age of 30, with the 80 percentile falling around 37 or 38. For older men that join our dating site, this is not an issue. It is socially acceptable for a Russian woman to marry a man A good rule of thumb is an age gap of 15 years (10 years if she is 18 to 20). Some women will of course date even older, but this comes down to personal preference. Check out individual profiles for what each lady wants.

Height

5'2" - 4.1%

5'3" to 5'5" - 35.9%

5'6" to 5'8" - 33.4%

5'9" and taller - 26.6%

Russia is not necessarily a tall society (the average height is similar to the U.S.), but it does show that tall attractive women are prepared to look abroad for love.

Her English Level

Beginner Level - 57.5% (knows how to pronounce English terms but will use a dictionary to help)

Intermediate - 24.9% (can hold a basic conversation - would quickly become proficient)

Advanced - 8.9% (can hold a good conversation without help)

Fluent - 8.7% (probably has a better vocabulary range than you do you but she will have an accent)

Most women under the age of 30 who have attended university will have an intermediate English level or better as it is widely taught in all courses. And the if she can talk at an intermediate level, she can probably write at an advanced or fluent level.

Her Education

High school or trade qualified - 8.2%

College or University qualified - 91.8%

The vast majority of Russian women on a dating site have some form of education after leaving highschool
