What are the best translators? That depends on your budget. Try the free translators to start with and see how they go for you. These often have a small vocabulary for a wide range of languages. If you want something more specific, an app that focuses on Russian only will cost about $4 or $5. When you think about how much this can help you, it is dirt cheap.
